Marilyn C. Morrison graduated from Stanford University, where she earned a B.A. in Communication (Film/Broadcasting) with a secondary major in Psychology.  She also has a certificate in college counseling from UCLA Extension. She is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC), the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), and the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA).  Marilyn served on the Board of Directors and the Editorial Board of the California Association for the Gifted (CAG) for seven years.  Additionally, Marilyn was the college counselor for Education Unlimited's College Admission Prep Camps held at UCLA and University of San Diego in the summers of 2005 and 2007.  Both of her children have successfully navigated the college planning and application process.
